The Schools
Most chains begin with Kalash and expand as the community grows.
Nursery – Class II | Ages 3–8
The foundation. Sensory activation, character seeding, play-based learning, zero exams. The entry point for most school chains.
Requires infrastructure and planning
Class III – VIII | Ages 8–14
The growth years. Five-Stage Learning, Go Wide exploration, self-directed learning up to 30%. One Padam for every 5 Kalash schools.

Class IX – XII | Ages 14–18

Formalise the design and curriculum partnership. Define the scope: how many schools, which levels (Kalash/Padam/Shikhar), your brand identity, and the operational framework.
JUEF provides architectural guidelines, classroom design blueprints, and environment specifications. You build the campus. We ensure every space is optimised for Shraman learning.
Your teachers go through JUEF’s comprehensive training program. The Knowledge App is deployed. Curriculum materials, assessment frameworks, and operational playbooks are handed over.
Your first school opens under your brand with the full Shraman system running. JUEF provides ongoing curriculum updates, app improvements, and quality support as you scale to more schools.
